Original single-leading-shoe dual-piston front wheel cylinder, 15/16" bore diameter. This early Mini braking system with its narrow brake shoes was marginal at best, but if you have a car running the original setup, don't take a chance with rebuilding a pitted old cylinder. Now obsolete as a new part from the original manufacturer, but we can often supply New Old Stock OEM parts from Lockheed or Unipart when ordered. Note: This cylinder was originally 7/8" diameter, but all production in the last 20 years has been 15/16", so never replace just one cylinder without confirming the inside diameter first. For critical front braking performance, both cylinders must be exactly the same diameter.
