This classic Mini Cooper S-spec 70# spring is the most frequently used, controlling excess pressure by dumping it back to the sump. Ref: AEA536, AEA0536.
For small-bore engines, use 6K0853 60psi spring. Check the 12H0865 plunger for free movement and good seating.
