- Product Usage
Selected products sold by Seven Enterprises, Ltd., may not meet certain government safety rules and regulations in order to be approved for use on public roads and highways. Such products are intended to be used for racing, off-road, or display-only applications only, and it is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that their vehicle meets all federal, state and local laws and regulations. Buyer assumes all liability and risk associated with the use of high performance products and holds Seven Enterprises, Ltd., harmless of any associated liability.
- Orders & Shipping
All orders are subject to a $10.00 (USD) minimum, and are to be prepaid via credit card. We accept: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
The shipping cost displayed at checkout may be only an estimate and not reflect the actual final cost of shipping your order. In order to save our customers extra expense, it is our best intention to ship order(s) in whatever way proves to be the quickest and most economical manner possible. This may differ from the method selected at checkout; if it is mandatory that an order ship in a specific way, please note it in your order (in the Comments/Notes section), or contact Customer Service at (530) 886-0771.
It is our best intention to ship all orders within two (2) business days of receipt, subject to the carrier's shipping times, dates, and holiday schedules. If an order must ship at or within a specific timeframe, please let us know as soon as possible!
- Foreign Orders (Shipping to Addresses Outside the U.S.)
Any local taxes or duty, are the customers responsibility and are not included in the shipping cost. These will be collected by the courier at time of delivery.
Due to increased processing costs, international orders may be subject to a $10.00 handling charge.
While we attempt to maintain a full inventory at all times, we will occasionally be unable to immediately supply everything on your order. If an item must be backordered, we will contact you to let you know what the approximate timeframe for receipt of the item will be. You then have the opportunity to cancel the order for that item, or continue the backorder and have the item shipped when it comes in. If the backorder has been pending for more than 30 days, we may contact you in order to re-verify your payment information.
- Sales Tax
All orders shipped to an address within the state of California will be charged sales tax of 7.25% (or current general statewide tax as required by law), regardless of the billing address.
- Warranties / Guarantees
All new parts supplied by Seven Enterprises, Ltd., are guaranteed against defects of manufacture. However, certain parts, such as electrical components, can be easily damaged by incorrect installation; we can and will accept no responsibility for the replacement of such items. No racing parts are guaranteed after installation. Warranty period starts from the date of invoice, and not the installation date. Seven Enterprises, Ltd., can and will not be responsible for installation labor or failure of related components.
Used Parts: It is our best intention to describe and photograph used parts as completely and thoroughly as possible. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase of a used part, it may be returned for a store credit.
- Return / Refund Policy
All damages, shortages, and incorrect parts must be reported to Seven Enterprises within 48 hours of receipt of your package. You may return new, uninstalled products in resalable condition for a full refund, excluding shipping charges, for up to 45 days from date of invoice. A 20% restocking fee may be charged if there is substantial work involved to process your return. Returns must include all original packaging and a copy of the invoice. All refunds will be provided as a credit to the credit card used at the time of purchase within 30 days from receipt of the returned merchandise.
