Kit allows safe replacement of a leaky rear main crankshaft oil seal without the time consuming removal of the Flywheel housing. It can be done with the engine still in place, but it is a tight squeeze! Includes sleeve to safely install new seal over the splines of the gear and seal seating tool, to push the seal into its final location in the Flywheel housing. Note the earlier version of this tool also included a primary gear puller. To keep the cost down, this part was deleted, so now you must use careful leverage to pull the gear and old seal out simultaneously. Obviously, the clutch/Flywheel asssembly and all retaining hardware must be removed to do this job, so be sure you have all of the necessary tools and parts on hand.
