All-new aluminum 11-stud 1275 race cylinder head, based on the 12G1805/12G940 late Cooper S head casting. Fitted with oversized stainless steel race profile 1.46" intake and 1.22" exhaust valves; beryllium valve seats; titanium top caps; special race collets; race-quality Colisbro guides and race valve springs. Valves are relocated for optimum flow. CNC-ported and flowed for race performance. Push rod sleeves have been added to intake ports to allow maximum port size. The sand cast finish can be painted to look like the original. Benefits include HP increase and improved cooling compared to a standard head.

Use with SGK0004 black composite or GEG0300 copper head gasket.
Please Note: This head must be used with roller rockers and they must be carefully centralized over the valve stems. The push rods will be at a slight angle, so clearance must be checked to avoid contact. Rockers covers must be checked for clearance, and cast covers will require machining. Always check that alloy rocker covers clear the valve gear, and recheck each time the cover, cam or rocker gear is altered. Recommended that SEN0410 or SEN0411 ARP head stud kits be used to prevent damage to the aluminum faces and for consistent torque. Torque head in increments of 15/30/40 foot pounds in recommended sequence. If fitting copper head gasket, OK to torque to 45 foot pounds.
