On all classic Minis with a steering lock there are safety shear bolts on the column which will need replacing if removed. These are the two metric M8 bolts that hold the steering lock halves together.

Special star lock washer, fits steering wheel securing nut on 1959 through 1996 classic Minis. Ref: 53K3480.

Steering arm to hub bolt, two (2) required per arm; as standard on every classic Mini produced. Ref: 2A4315.

High-strength L9 shoulder bolt to attach the steering arm to the swivel hub; fits drum and disc brake hubs. Ref: 2A4315, 2A4315HD.

This collar is used as a dowel to attach the steering arm to the swivel hub. Ref: FAM6924, 2A4314.

As originally used on the Mk2-3 classic Mini Cooper S, this arm is thicker and stronger than standard; ideal for racing. Ref: BTA894, BTA895.

Each of the two steering rack u-bolts should be fitted with one of these strips, which is essentially a gasket and isolator to prevent metal-to-metal contact. Ref: 21A2553.

Tie rod end to screw onto the threaded rods at the outer ends of the steering rack; also fits MG1100/Austin America. Ref: GSJ734, GSJ734MS, GSJ100, MTR1072.

Tie rod dust boot. This helps keep dirt out of your tie rods. Ref: 17H3501, 7H3762.

Extra-long tie rod end, for use you have installed longer lower arms for negative camber, or when a Mk2 steering rack is installed in a Mk1. Ref: GSJ158, C-AJJ1572.

OEM-version tie rod end that threads onto the end of the steering rack; fits MG1100/Austin America also. Ref: GSJ734, GSJ1106, GSJ612, RBK000612EVA.

Special u-bolt with flat section to fit rack housing channels. Retains the steering rack to the body. Ref: 2A6208.
