Shift rod seal for all rod-change transmissions. It is inevitable that a rod-change shift classic Mini will develop a leak where the shift rod comes into the back of the transmission. The seal is fairly easy to replace, after removing the roll pin from the shift linkage. Ref: AHU1672, ADU1278.
