Clutch arm-end anchor for clutch return spring, as found on classic Minis equipped with earlier, pre-Verto clutch. This item is correctly shaped to fit snugly on the clutch arm, and does not have lost motion or rock from side to side when the arms moves back and forth (unlike cheaply-made versions).
